- A home visit from two of the staff before you join Little Smarties
- A Key Person approach so that you have a port of call for discussing your child’s day and this person will take responsibility for providing individual love and care to your child
- Twice-yearly parents evenings for you to discuss your child’s progress
- Learning Journals that are kept up to date and available to you at any time
- An open-door policy with the nursery managers. If there’s ever an issue, we will respond immediately
- An open-door policy with the owners – Gerard and Gisela Gray who live next door to the nursery
- Bespoke newsletters from each room sent via email

- Longevity and experience – the nursery has been open for over 20 years and 11 years under the current ownership

The Best Convenience
- Childcare vouchers accepted
- Eligible working parents of children from the term after they are 9 months old to 3 year olds, up to a maximum of 570 hours per year will be entitled to childcare support.
The term after your child turns 3 years old you will be entitled to 15 hours up to a maximum of 570 universal hours of childcare too. - From September 2025, eligible working parents of children under the age of 5 will be entitled to 30 hours of childcare a week, up to a maximum of 1,140 hours per year.
- Open all-year round with convenient opening hours from 8:00 to 6:00pm, Monday through to Friday (except Public Holidays and around a week over Christmas)
- Free on-street parking
