Key Person
The Key Person has the responsibility of ensuring that progress in being made in across a spectrum of development areas. We do this by making observations (with pictures) on the new things that your child has done, and then planning next steps. The paperwork behind all this is open to parents and indeed we encourage parents to sign-off each observation.
