The team
The nursery is managed by two managers – Sam Harris and Rachel Howells-Smith. They have both worked at the nursery for over ten years each and so have a significant experience in their role. They both have children of their own.
Our Baby Room Head of Unit is Leanne Joynes.
Our Little Learners Head of Unit is Hayley Need.
Diane Hill is our assistant manager and Head of Unit for the Learning Centre .
All our members of staff our qualified to at least NVQ level 2. This is therefore a much higher proportion than OFSTED’s standard of having at least 50% qualified to this level.
